Latin American countries produced beauties for beauty contests. And Venezuela, Hugo Chavez' country, is the factory that mass produce of beautiful and talented ladies.
Miss Universe 2009 was held in Nassau, Bahamas, the host country for this year. The contestants from 84 countries and territories vie for the prestigious pageant.
Miss Philippines Pamela Bianca Manalo did not make it to the top 15 finalist.
