Lucy Danziger, editor in chief of the women health magazine, speaks out in defense of retouching Kelly Clarkson on the coming September issue.
They alter her appearance "to only make her look her personal best", "the look of confidence", "the photo is the truest that we have ever put in the newsstand".
So she was photo shopped i guessed.
